Shipping Policy: Texas Blaster ships all orders via FedEx or UPS Ground within three business days of order placement. According to shipping carriers, packages shipped in the lower 48 states should arrive in 3-5 business days. In most cases, carriers do not ship to PO Boxes. We reserve the right to change shipping agencies as conditions warrant without notification to the Buyer.
Free Shipping: Free Shipping only applies to the Texas Blaster Off-Road Ultimate Package. Additional parts and/or accessories will incur shipping fees. Free shipping only applies to destinations in the continental US. If you place an order that ships out of the continental US, Texas Blaster will contact you to discuss shipping rates.
Return and Refund Policy: After 60 years we know what we build and we know it works. If you use it then it’s a used tool and we don’t sell used tools. No returns after you’ve used it.
Buyers remorse is real. So if it’s still new, in the unopened box and within 15 business days of purchase, return it and we refund less all original shipping costs and up to a 25% restocking fee. If product purchased included “free shipping”, the exact amount of shipping charges will withheld from refund in addition to restocking fee.
